Reading, monitoring and responding to the
principal's email.
Answering calls and handling queries
Booking meetings for the manager
Organizing travel and preparing complex travel
itineraries
Attend meetings on your boss's behalf
Writing minutes
Planning, organizing and managing events.
Managing a budget.
Attending events/meetings as the principal's
representative, conducting research on the
internet.
Writing reports, executive summaries and
newsletters, preparing presentations.
Preparing papers for meetings.
Managing and reviewing filing and office systems,

متطلبات الوظيفة:

BSc. of Business Administration or any related
field
0-2 Years of Experience
Should have good personality with very good
inter-personal skills and pleasant
telephone manner.
Excellent communication Skills & Computer Skills
Very Good (Writing, Reading & Speaking) of
English Language is must.
Presentable
Females Only
Single
Age less than 30
Ability to travel outside Qatar for attending
meetings alone or with the staff
