Job Description:

Maintains office services by organizing office
operations and procedures; controlling
correspondence; designing filing systems;
reviewing and approving supply requisitions;
assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Planning and scheduling meetings and
appointments
Preparing and editing correspondence, reports,
and presentations
Making travel and guest arrangements
Working in a professional environment

Job Requirements:

BSc. of Business Administration or any related
field
Min 2 Years of Experience
Should have good personality with very good
inter-personal skills and pleasant
telephone manner.
Excellent communication Skills & Computer Skills
Very Good (Writing, Reading & Speaking) of
English Language is must.
